The JC3200 Desktop Card Counter precisely counts plastic or paper cards and provides excellent counting accuracy. Its rugged design guarantees a reliable performance during a 24-hour operation per day. It will help to reduce drastically the control periods and costs in your daily card production. The operation of JC3200 is very simple and convenient. A printer can be connected to the RS 232 interface of the counter.
The JC-3200C Card Counter has been designed utilizing advanced logic analysis technologies with high-quality, dual optical components. Precision digital electronics and two independent counting and calculation circuits automatically scan the cards, then cross-check and verify each circuit's results. With its photoelectric calculation, the JC-3200C is designed to count cards as thin as 0.009” (0.22 mm), made of nearly any opaque materials. The unit will count embossed or non-embossed cards up to .040” (1 mm) thick.
The JC-3200C may be connected to a compressed air supply, making it especially adept at counting thin plastic and paper cards. The user-friendly large LCD display, voice reporting, and card accumulation of up to 99,999 cards make the JC-3200C easier and more convenient to use.
